Salvation(2) - The Way of Salvation

 

◎ My dear friends, you have always obeyed God when I was with you. It is even more important that you obey now while I am away from you. Keep on working to complete your salvation with fear and trembling. (Philippians 2:12, NCV)

 

◎ Prevenient Grace (Process)

“In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.” (1 John 4:10)

◎ Repentance before Justification (Moment)

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near; repent, and believe in the good news.” (Mark 1:15)

 

◎ Justification (Moment)

“For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved.” (Romans 10:10)

◎ New Birth (Moment)

“Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.” (John 3:3)

◎ Sanctification (Gradual)
