    What is salvation?

    • Salvation is the entire work of Triune God.(Romans 11:36, Philippians 2:12)

    • God’s grace is the source, human faith is the condition, of salvation.(Ephesians 2:8)

    • Salvation is from the first dawning of grace in the soul(prevenient grace) till it is consummated in glory.(glorification)

    • Salvation is mainly consisting of two grand branches, justification and sanctification.

    • By justification we are saved from the guilt of sin, and restored to the favour of God.(Romans 1:17)

    • By sanctification we are saved from the power and root of sin, and restored to the image of God.(Colossians 3:10)

Salvation is the God’s purpose for humanity; not merely to cloak us in a righteousness that remains external to us(justification), but to impart and implant Christ’s righteousness in us(sanctification) that it grows and expands, informing every aspect of our lives.(Romans 12:2)
